Purpose of the service
Flint is a pre-accounting tool. It helps prepare your accounting and tax data, but does not replace the advice of a chartered accountant and does not file returns on your behalf.
Responsibility
You remain responsible for the accuracy of the information entered and for your filing obligations. Calculated amounts (VAT, deadlines) are indicative and must be verified.
Account & access
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. You can grant an accounting firm access to your data and revoke that access at any time.
Subscription & cancellation
The Free plan is limited in the volume of documents processed per month. The Pro subscription has no commitment: it can be cancelled at any time from the app and remains active until the end of the period already paid for. Access for accounting firms is free.
Your data
Your data belongs to you. You can export it at any time and request deletion of your account. The bank connection is read-only: Flint cannot initiate any payment.
